The Journey

This is the beginning of a new journey, a new spiral on the eternal trail of becoming!  Approach this experience with newness and invigorating freshness.  Lean into your naive confidence - joyfully prance into the unknown.  Feel the bright, electric energy - tap the possibility, move forward with idealism and purity of intent - the unknown awaits you, what an incredible adventure!

Being foolish can be lovely, and necessary!  Our lighthearted freedom and desire to EXPLORE, not knowing what lies ahead, kicks off an incredible journey of learning - one we may never have encountered if we were being too regimented, stoic, or perfectionistic.  This is the essence of adventure - a shining call from within that beckons us onto the path, into the wilderness, with a lust for life and a drive towards discovery.  No maps, no direction - just the desire to go see what is possible!  We’ve got to answer the call - the pull to get lost, so we can find ourselves.  Delight in the excitement of skipping through the flowers and running into the vastness.  What we will find, and where we will end up, we do not 

know - there is no intended destination, only the desire to GO! 

Will we fall off a cliff?  Maybe.  Will we take a tumble?  Perhaps.  Lose our way?  Probably - but that’s the point.  It’s so inevitable, it’s nearly the objective.  But with the energy of the Fool, we don’t even set out on a new road with ANY of this in mind!  Instead, our idealism shines - our eyes fixed firmly on the new beauty we behold, with a spring in our step as we go gleefully towards what our imagination tells us may be out there to experience.

The fluffy white dog represents our companion - the trustworthy friend who will warn you of dangers ahead, the adventure buddy that is up for the exciting journey!  Remember, this journey is never traveled alone, because all reality is a journey - everything and everyone is on a journey of some kind.  If you ever feel lost, there IS a friend with you.  It may be an angel, a human partner, or perhaps even our beautiful animal friends.  When you need a leg up, a hand to hold, or a shoulder to cry on, remember that the vitality and beauty of companionship is always present.
