Hold on - hold back - this is not the time to act.  Are you feeling stuck?  Like you should pause a moment before continuing?  Listen to your intuition, you may need to integrate your experiences 

before moving.  Keep composed, and look within again.

 

This kind of experience can feel emotionally frustrating, but find some level of enlightened stoicism within you.  Step back with a composed objectivity, be honest with yourself, and examine what you need to continue to understand.  How did you arrive here?  Did you act before you had the full picture?  Did you 

arrogantly assume this would work, but it doesn’t?  

 

You may be experiencing the pain of self-alienating beliefs - mindsets or thoughts that are keeping you from grasping the reality of a situation - sometimes we get stuck within our own perceived awareness, blind to the perspectives of others.  When a higher perspective is attained, don’t miss the trap of spiritual arrogance - we can assume we have all the answers, and miss or even dismiss the genuine experiences of others, causing us 

to feel alienated and alone.  

 

In another scenario, our spiritual awareness gets SO expanded that consensus reality seems un-reachable or pointless - we are unable to relate to others or the world.  Seeing people running around in a samsaric rat race can feel disillusioning, disappointing, and downright confusing.  Having had an awakening, and realizing you still have to do your dumb job, make 

money, and pretend to be normal feels like a cruel joke!

 

Allow your inability to move to humble you a bit!  Question your perceived "special-ness" in regards to what you're trying to achieve - even with your head spinning, find a sense of grounding and seek to understand other perspectives - be patient and ask for clarity before continuing.  Don't make any rash moves until 

you've let the spiritual stardust settle!
