The Journey
This is a time to steal yourself away from the world - to come to appreciation of your own presence, to go within to find answers or healing, to put your life on ice for a while and deliberately focus on YOU.

Just because we go away for a while on a soul sojourn, putting our life on ice, doesn't mean it's cold. The warmth from our inner light grows, as we find true warmth for ourselves. Self compassion and gratitude emerge. Slowly, in our own presence, new understanding comes into awareness. This happens because allowing ourselves to bask in our own energy (rather than being overwhelmed by other energies) brings a kind of clarity to who and what we really are. A true sense of peace and renewal can happen here, it's not just about being alone.
That inner light never goes out. Carry it with you and let it show you the path, let it illuminate your mind and spirit, and let it heal you.

✨Are you comfortable alone, in your own presence? If not, cultivate comfort in your own energy - you're the only one who's been with you since day 1.
✨Do you experience feelings of warmth towards yourself? How about self-compassion? Focus on building that sense of warm kindness to yourself in this season.
✨What will your time away teach you? What good can it bring? What possibilities will you allow to arise, while in your own company - not overwhelmed by the noise of others?
