The Journey

Follow the teacher into the depths - into a night sparkling so brightly that the sage needs her sunglasses.  In what we assume to be darkness, we find glimmering light, illuminating the hidden and revealing our truest nature.  We are both creatures of the natural world, and beings of infinite, eternal possibility.

Nature teaches us and heals us, because we are 

creatures of nature.  In witnessing small details of nature's infinite expression, we find similarities that echo the processes within ourselves.  We find life and death, movement and stillness, predation and protection - metaphors that help us connect our own inner dots, and develop a deep kinship to earth, and the eternal unfolding of life itself.  This incredible sense of belonging that we share with the natural world erases solitude and replaces it with UNITY.

As above, so below - as within, so without - what we see in the microcosm, we see in the macrocosm of the universe and the fullness of ourselves.Allow the wisdom of the pines, the calls of the jays, the flutters of the insects, and the dynamism of the stars to show you what you really are.

What do you think is your TRUEST nature?  A spiritual teacher has appeared to deepen your understanding of not only your true nature, but also the nature of reality.  As we journey into our own depths, sometimes the strangest, most unusual teachers appear!  The teacher may be wearing a "costume" we can't quite see behind, and pointing to truths we might have completely missed.  So,  who or what is your greatest "TEACHER" now?
