The Journey
"Behind the mountain is another mountain." This Haitian proverb says it all - you still have higher to climb. But remember, this is your ascent! NOT your hardship. Keep climbing with resilient endurance, and keep gratitude in your heart for the brilliant journey!

✨Does anything feel daunting to you? Unattainable?
✨Or, are you excited to climb your monumental mountain? Excited for the version of you at the top?
✨What would planning your route to higher places look like? Or, do you prefer to work your way organically to the top? {Both are valid!}
✨What is your inner voice saying to you about your aspirations, or the task ahead? How would your higher self cheer you on?

Just when you thought you had it all figured out - you finally got to where you wanted in life - you've got the good job, the excellent partner, the spiritual fulfillment, a safe home and a stable situation - you crest the summit and say, perhaps with dismay at first, "oh my god, there's more. I'm not done. FUCKkkkk..." Or, maybe you're feeling daunted by your own lofty goals - unsure how to get to the top, and prone towards procrastination or even giving up - just to maintain the comfortable energy that you're sitting in at the moment.

There is no final state that we arrive to. Energy doesn't just attain a homeostasis. As annoying as that can feel sometimes, REJOICE now - because the more mountains there are in front of you, the more lessons you will learn - the more well-rounded you will become - the greater character you will develop - the wiser you will become - and the further up you soul's spiral of ascension to higher awareness you will travel!

Challenges aren't always fun. They hopefully turn out to be rewarding and character building in the end, as the wisdom compounds over months and years. The challenge is to love the journey even when it is very hard, in the middle of it, when you don't yet have the wisdom - you only have the raw experience of feeling tired, and thinking that it sucks. I know that feelin'!

But try to re-frame what is happening from "burden" to "ascension" - from "pain in the ass" to "part of my evolution!" How does that sit?

Know that the version of you at the top of that mountain is more evolved, wiser, and stronger than you can imagine - climb towards that version, love the journey, and don't stress about the destination - there probably isn't one. 😉
